Where do I find my Vaccination Certificate?

To access your Vaccination Certificate in PDF, open your Medicare app on your smartphone or go to Medicare online.

In the Smartphone app, login or if you have the certificate saved offline, you can access it from offline items. Below are the screens to assist.

The final screen shows the “share” link from which you can email or save the certificate pdf file.
